Flight Management Support

Still flying a Track’Air, Lead’Air or TrackThat system? You’re not on your own.

Email info@trackthat.biz with the aircraft, sensors, and what is failing. Both owners take service calls.

Matthew Blythe handles on-site visits — installs, hangar work, and field troubleshooting.

René Hoevenberg handles deeper code issues — diagnostics, fixes, and changes that go back into the software.

What a GIC (General Industry Consultancy) covers

GIC is an annual support license per flying system. It includes remote diagnostics, software upgrades and fixes, license management, legacy hardware support, and 3 planning seats. Extra planning seats are available.

New software seats

A new FMS license includes the first year of GIC and 3 planning seats.

Licenses are tied to the INS serial number. A spare flying computer does not need its own GIC.

Existing Track’Air / X-Track systems use GIC only. They do not need a new full license to stay supported.

Lower cost than a typical sensor-tied FMS, without replacing the system you already fly.

What GIC does not cover

On-site travel, new hardware, new integrations, and work outside the licensed system are quoted separately.

We support fielded Track’Air and X-Track systems. You do not have to replace what you already fly.

A system back in production

When the Track’Air-era computer running SAM’s Riegl VQ-1560 II stack died, TrackThat had a replacement configured, integrated with the sensors already in the aircraft, and ready to fly within 24 hours. Read how SAM kept a Riegl 1560 flying →

Remote access

We use Splashtop SOS (sos.splashtop.com). Start a session, then email the 9-digit code to info@trackthat.biz.
