What we collect
If you use the contact form or email us, we get the name, email, and message you send, and whatever system details you include. The site may set a standard cookie or similar tool so the pages load.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you and to support your systems. We do not sell it. We do not use it for advertising lists.
Who sees it
Matthew Blythe, René Hoevenberg, and vendors who host the site or email. Remote support (Splashtop) only runs when you start a session and send us the code.
How long
We keep contact and support mail as long as we need it to do the work and keep business records.
Your request
Email info@trackthat.biz if you want a copy of what you sent us, or want it deleted where the law allows.
