If you have an active service contract with TrackThat, go to sos.splashtop.com.

The page will automatically download a one-click application to your Downloads folder. Run the application and it will generate a 9-digit code.

Email the following to info@trackthat.biz:

  • The 9-digit code
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any exact error messages or codes
  • Screenshots or photos of the system (if helpful)
  • What you were doing when the problem occurred
  • Any recent changes to the system or configuration

We will then connect to your system and provide support.

No. TrackThat is a separate company. Our engineering team has deep experience with the X-Track (“Tracker”) software originally used by Track’Air and Lead’Air. When those companies closed, we continued supporting and developing the software under TrackThat. The same engineers now deliver that expertise with a stronger foundation and long-term commitment.

#

Yes. We continue to support and develop the X-Track (“Tracker”) software that powered those systems, including legacy hardware such as MIDAS, OmniTrack, SteadyTrack, NanoTrack, and TECI. Contact us with your system details and we will confirm support options.

#

We develop and customize flight management software, integrate multi-sensor setups into a single synchronized workflow, provide custom engineering, and back it all with dedicated long-term support — everything needed from mission planning through to data capture.

#

Most competitors offer closed systems — one sealed box with limited flexibility. TrackThat builds what your mission actually needs: multi-sensor integration, customer-driven configuration, and a smaller equipment footprint that reduces points of failure. We help you get more performance from the systems you already own rather than pushing you into an entirely new platform.

#

We specialize in integrating multi-sensor payloads, including LiDAR, cameras, and other geospatial sensors. Our approach is customer-driven — we configure the flight management software to work with the specific sensors and aircraft you operate, rather than limiting you to a fixed list of supported devices.

#

Yes. Sensor and platform manufacturers can integrate TrackThat software and multi-sensor workflows directly into their own systems. If you are building sensors or aerial platforms and want proven flight management and integration capabilities inside your product, contact us to discuss an OEM partnership.

Contact us at info@trackthat.biz with a description of your aircraft, sensors, and mission requirements. We will review your setup and provide options for software configuration, sensor integration, licensing, or support.
